We Capacitate Organisations
Unathundo Foundation will capacitate organisations with project and financial management skills, writing and submission of proposals, monitoring and evaluation, writing timeous reports and marketing them to run independently, but further assist them to be compliant with statutory bodies. We will mentor organisations on continuous bases to ensure sustainability. The trust will also ensure that the organisations fully understand relevant Acts, like NPO, PFMA etc.

Structural Steel Tube
Electric resistance welded square, rectangular and round steel tube is also manufactured at our Witbank works in the following gauges 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 2.8mm thicknesses.

We manufacture air heater tube to specification EN10296 (Bs 6323) part 5 ERW 1KM hot rolled commercial quality material or Corten A-F either direct off mill or with ends de-burred and internally ground on the bead and annealed.

Wirepak® Thermic Lance
Wirepak® ThermicLance tube provides a simple and cheap method of achieving extremely high flame temperatures capable of melting even refractory material, ingots, moulds etc. The basic reaction which takes place between iron and oxygen is: 3Fe+20 2 =FE3O4+265 kcal. The energy is released as heat at a temperature above 4 000° C.

Oxygen lances are the most cost effective method available for tapping heats and for removing carbon during the smelting process of various metals.
Oxylance® Tube
Oxygen is injected into the molten metal causing the impurities to oxidise resulting in the formation of slag which floats to the surface of the melt making it easier to remove.

Zuri Africa is focused on making practical use of as much self-generated electricity as possible. The more energy you create yourself, the less energy you require from the grid. This means that investment in photovoltaic systems is much faster than direct electricity supply. After all, you only receive a fraction of the electricity price as feed-in tariff. Our energy system automatically sells everything you can’t actually use or store. Most of our systems are grid-tied, meaning there is no battery backup, so they support a connected grid to power the load. The return on investment for this type of system is typically around 3 years. Backup battery add-on available upon customer request. The most cost effective installation option is roof installation, but we also offer garage and ground installation options.
